Limited to US Users 

HUCKLE is currently only available for use in the United States. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from residents of the European Union or other jurisdictions with similar data protection laws.

Copyright Infringement 

Our platform is not intended to be used for any infringing activities, including copyright infringement. You are prohibited from using HUCKLE to collect or analyze data in a way that violates copyright laws.

Account Closure and Data Removal

Account owners may request closure of their organization account and all associated data by emailing their Futurety LLC point of contact with the subject line "Account Closure Request."

Upon verification, the account will be closed within 5 business days. All user-generated data will be retained for 30 calendar days following closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Certain financial records (billing history, transaction records) will be retained in anonymized form as required by applicable law.

Closure requests may be cancelled during the 30-day retention period by contacting their Futurety LLC point of contact.

Customers who wish to obtain a copy of their data before deletion should contact their Futurety LLC point of contact to request a data export prior to or during the retention period.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

We use third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate certain outputs within our platform, such as summaries and audience insights. To produce these outputs, aggregated and de-identified audience attribute data (for example, demographic, household, media usage, and interest distributions) is transmitted to these providers for processing.

We do not send direct identifiers (such as names, email addresses, or postal addresses) to these AI providers for this purpose. These providers process the submitted data solely to return the requested output and do not use data submitted through our platform to train their models.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
